In the audit I will review where you are now, where you want to go and how you are getting there.I will be looking for at least 3 items that you can change immediately that will improve productivity, increase revenue or profits, decrease costs, improve your marketing opportunities, or provide clarity for you and your company that will provide for greater success and peace of mind.

By looking into who your company is and how it presents itself to your customers. You will need to complete a series of questions to help me help you. When you register, you will directed to the questionaire. When you have completed it, you will be directed to a page to schedule an appointment.

I will be asking information about your company, your business, what you do, your website, social media. I will also be asking you to provide approximate numbers so that some key ratios can be calculated. I will ask you what your major problems you are experiencing and what you have done in the past to address them. If you have a specific issue that you feel needs to be addressed, add that information to the questionaire.

If you have most of your business information at hand along with your income statement, it should take you less than 15 minutes to complete.

I will need a little time to review your answers but we should be able to schedule a meeting within 7 days.
